Discussion
1. How have needs and wants changed in the last 40-50 years? What are some things that were considered wants in the past that are now a need?
2. How have your personal needs and wants been changing recently? Have you noticed any significant changes?
3. Have you noticed any needs and wants shift in your professional life? Talk about it
4. Will wants and needs have changed by the next 20 years? What do you predict?

Do the reading with your classmates. Pay attention to all the words that have the suffix "over" and "under". What do each of them mean when they are next to a word?

Do some research about and give your classmates some tips on how to build a succesful image at their work place.
Prepare a 3-minute presentation detailing everything they need.
Present to the class the information provided in the infographic.

You company wants tohave a meeting with HR to discuss your opinions about dress code.
Each of you will have a role for the meeting.
Student A: HR coordinator. You will lead the meeting and discuss the objective of it (Getting to know the employees' perspectives about dress codes). Address questions and comments.
Student B: Collaborator who is against dress code policies. You want people to know your position here. Present your arguments to support your view.
Student C: Collaborator who is in favor of dress code policies. You want people to know your position here. Present your arguments to support your view.
At the end, get to a conclusion from the meeting.
